About Us
Southern California Muslim Community Organization (SCMCO) is a collaborative initiative uniting Masajid, families, and individuals across the region. Our purpose is to create opportunities that strengthen faith, foster friendships, and build a sense of belonging within the Muslim community. SCMCO offers a friendly environment where individuals can interact, exchange values, and celebrate together through sports, youth programs, and social gatherings. By engaging the community in both spiritual and recreational activities, we aim to inspire a balance of “Pray and Play” in everyday life.

Our mission is to foster unity, healthy competition, and mutual respect among Muslims in Southern California. SCMCO strives to bring communities together by organizing events that are meaningful, educational, and enjoyable. From sports tournaments to cultural gatherings, our mission is to establish regular programs that strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood while nurturing the values of teamwork, leadership, and community service.

Our vision is to see a thriving and interconnected Muslim community where every individual, especially the youth, feels engaged and inspired. We aim to create opportunities that encourage young people to stay connected with the Masjid, participate in positive activities, and build lifelong friendships. By aligning faith with fun, SCMCO envisions a future where the Muslim community of Southern California grows stronger, more united, and rooted in shared values.
